About 20 people took part in the Kimchi cooking class held in the cooking room, 1st floor, the Ayase Community Center.

Instructors were Ms. Ikeda & Mogi, both vice-chairpersons of the AIFA. Ikeda showed us how to make kimchi step by step and explained to us interesting cultural facts about kimchi. After class everyone took home one's seasoning paste and kimchi in each one's sealed packages.
